| Returns of non faulty items |
If we have already delivered your order and you are rejecting items that are not faulty then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own cost. You must keep the items in good condition, with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell the items. We will refund the cost of the goods, however, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded regardless (as we will have to pay our couriers). |

| Return of faulty items |
If the items found to be fault or incomplete, we will either (at our discretion) arrange for the goods to be collected or request that you return them to us in a safe and secure way. In which case, we will refund any pre-agreed carriage costs. Before you return an item: You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number.
